When you write to us
Your name, your email or WhatsApp number, your country, the topic and your message. They are used to answer you and prepare a quote.
When you become a client
What is needed to deliver the service you ordered, and nothing more:
- TD ViaField: the address and description of the property or site, the documents you entrust to us, the names of the people to meet, and the photos, videos and findings in the report.
- TD Agency: information about your brand and the account access you entrust to us to publish on your behalf.
- TD Tech: the information needed for the project and, if we host your tool, the data it contains, which we process on your behalf.
And in every case: your contact details, the quote, the invoices and the payments.
