What people often ask us.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. We work with delegated access (Meta Business, WhatsApp Business) that you can remove at any time. Your accounts stay yours.
Who writes and who replies to my customers?
The TD Agency team, based on the brand sheet written with you. Serious enquiries (quotes, orders, complaints) are passed on to you straight away.
What happens if I don't approve a week?
Nothing is published without your agreement. If you don't reply, we remind you once, then the week stays on pause.
Are photos and videos included?
The visuals and short videos in your plan are made from your images and our resources. An on-site photo or video shoot is available as an add-on.
Can I stop after three months?
Yes, with one month's notice. Content already published remains yours.
