Do you check the land title?
We make an on-site statement: boundary markers, access, occupation, neighbours. The legal check of a land title is done with the relevant authorities. We can coordinate it with a partner notary or surveyor. Our report does not replace a legal or technical survey.
Which cities do you cover?
Douala and its surroundings to start with. For another city, contact us: we'll tell you whether we can go there and at what price.
How can I pay from abroad?
